MiEnergy Cooperative is pleased to offer community service scholarships to the children of cooperative members.
As a cooperative, MiEnergy has a strong commitment to youth and community. Each year high school seniors are selected to receive scholarships to continue their education. The program recognizes students who demonstrate cooperative spirit through service to others. The MiEnergy scholarship is based on community service and academics.
The deadline for 2020 scholarships was March 2.
Applications are posted here at the beginning of each year. In addition to the eligibility requirements below, to be considered for a scholarship, the student must submit (1) the completed scholarship application; (2) high school transcripts and (3) a cover letter. Not sure what a cover letter should include? Applications missing one of these pieces will not be considered.
