The annual meeting of the members of MiEnergy Cooperative will be held at the Mabel Community Center, in Mabel, Minnesota, at 7 p.m. on April 12, 2023, to take action upon:

The reports of officers, directors, and committees; the election of two directors to be elected from District 1 for a term of three years each; vote on amendments to the Bylaws that have been recommended by the board of directors; all other business which may legally come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

You are urged to attend the meeting, hear the reports of the officers, vote for directors, and transact such other business as may come before the meeting.
